Wendy Hallgren is CP of Corporate Compliance at Fluor Corporation. This renders her responsible for the company’s planning, directing, and management of its comprehensive compliance and ethics program. This also includes the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics; corporate policies and applicable law compliance. In addition, Hallgren is in charge of the integrity of the firm’s fiscal statements; is a member of the Disclosure Committee and backs the Audit Committee of the firm’s Board of Directors. Before taking on her current position, she was a member of the company’s Legal department.
